Innovation funnel
The innovation funnel is the leitmotiv of the curriculum of the MBA Business Creation in Food & Health.The participants will, over the course of eight course meetings, be guided through the funnel. At each stage of the innovation process, they will get to know the latest theoretical insights and the dos and don'ts of daily practice.
Four domains
The course programme consists of four knowledge domains: Business, Leadership-Management-Coaching, Food, and Nutrition & Health.
At the Business-module the managerial foundation is established. Leadership-Management-Coaching focuses on the personal development of participants. In Food the latest developments in the fields of food, food technology and nutrition get discussed. Finally, the module Nutrition & Health centres on global trends in food and nutrition.
