The Anton Jurgens Institute has established the pre-course MBA Business Tools. The course is aimed at technologists /nutritionists. This pre-course covers the basics of business administration and strategic management.

Pre-Course Food Tools

The Anton Jurgens Institute has also established the pre-course MBA Food Tools. The course is designed for students with a commercial or business administration background. The pre-course covers the basic concepts of food technology and nutrition. It is possible to enrol in both courses: Business Tools and Food Tools.
