Mariëlle Bordewijk teaches a Master Class on the developments in the food industry. She supports and coaches the MBA course participants with the development of their food concept for beauty and well-being.
Biography
Mariëlle Bordewijk studied Industrial Design Engineering at the University of Technology (TU) in Delft and then worked as a food marketing specialist at Unilever. Since 2002 she works as an independent food designer and, in her own unique way, mixes her marketing experience with her design skills.
As an industrial designer Mariëlle Bordewijk has been trained to design products for large scale production. The aim of her food designs is to increase our awareness, care and attention to our food.
